All deliveries to the UK Mainland will be charged at a rate of £3.95 unless your order is a large or fragile item which will be charged at a rate of £6.95.

All our orders are sent on a 48 hour service but please allow 3-4 working days,to arrive after our dispatch.

Due to the high volume of orders we need to quote at least 7 working days turnaround, we are of course trying our best to get them out sooner to you all. We promise we are working as quickly as we can to get them out.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Harrison Cropper, Fleetcroft, Fleet Street Lane, Ribchester, Preston, PR3 3XE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
