All deliveries to the UK Mainland will be charged at a rate of £2.95 unless your order is a large or fragile item which will be charged at a rate of £6.95.

We will do our very best to ensure all orders received Monday to Friday are dispatched the within 24 hours.  Unfortunately, this is occasionally not possible.  On the rare occasion that this is not possible, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you.

Our website shows current live stock levels, and we only ever advertise and sell products that are in stock.  In exceptional instances, we may be unable to fulfil your order due to fast moving stock.  If this is the case, we will call or email you to discuss any alternatives we think may be suitable, or offer an immediate refund.

All our orders are sent on a 48 hour service, this is often classed as Standard Post and will take up to 48 hours to arrive after our dispatch. If you need an item the following working day please contact us 01995 603037 or harrisoncropperinteriors@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Deliveries outside of the UK Mainland, UK Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands will be charged at £20 and will be delivered using a tracked service.

Additional charges
We reserve the right to make an additional charge for particularly bulky or heavy parcels that result in an additional delivery cost.

Returned items
If goods are returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or have not being collected from a local Post Office or courier depot, the customer will be liable for the cost of sending them again. If the transaction is subsequently cancelled, any postage amount paid will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Lost in transit
On rare occasions goods may be lost in transit. Should this happen we will replace them providing a replacement is in stock. A refund will be given if no replacement is available or the goods are no longer required.

For a delivery to be classed as lost a reasonable amount of time must have passed. For goods sent by Royal Mail this is 10 working days. Consequently we cannot replace or refund an item until 10 working days have passed since posting. We will of course attempt to trace and resolve any delayed deliveries in the meanwhile.

Royal Mail and the couriers we use take goods lost in transit seriously. If an item is lost, there will be an investigation with the recipient usually being contacted as part of this. If the loss is regarded as suspicious, it is possible the police may be involved.
