New In: Candleholders
Crunchy leaves, chunky jumpers and pumpkins are amongst many of our favourite things this time of year. But if you were to ask us ‘what is your all-time favourite thing about Autumn?’ it would have to be that cosy feeling you get when you light your candles, put your loungewear on and unwind in your safe little haven. We get excited about candles all year round, but when the nights draw in and the air gets cooler, there’s something extra inviting about that warm glow of candlelight.
We have some gorgeous new candle holders and tea light holders at Harrison Cropper to get you ready for the new season ahead. Fill them with a candle of your choice, whether that’s plain wax or scented with deliciously rich spices to get you into the Autumn mood. If you have young children or excitable pets, perhaps an LED no-flame candle would be a little more suitable, providing a safer option while still giving the realistic look of candlelight.
Our first candle holder to share with you is our Two-Star Glass Tea Light holder (£15). It comes in an adorable little wooden tray with handles that can be easily carried from one surface to another. Pop a tea-light in each jar and watch the candlelight glow beautifully through the cut out stars. This candleholder makes a wonderful gift for a loved one, or perhaps just a little treat to yourself.
The Round Ceramic Lattice Hurricane Lantern (£19.50) is another lovely addition to the home this Autumn. It looks beautiful when placed in the centre of the coffee table, or on the mantel piece. Once again watch the candlelight illuminate through the design and create a calming atmosphere each night in your home.
Our Large Frosted Glass Jar with Rope Detail is a multi-purpose glass candle holder that can be used indoors or outdoors. At this time of year we opt to use it indoors, and find it extra cosy when you replace the LED lights inside with a wax candle. If you choose to use it outdoors, ensure you remove the LED lights. Pair this candleholder with the medium version for extra impact.
