We aim to dispatch your lampshade orders within 5-7 working days with Royal Mail or Parcel Force. During busy times this can take a little longer so please give us up to 10 working days but please be assured our team will be workings a quickly as possible to get your order to you.
Returns are easy, simply complete the returns form enclosed in your order and send your item to our returns address for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap! If you have any returns questions, please contact us.

Each lampshade is individually handmade to order by our small team in our Lancashire studio. We carefully cut and position the fabric to make the most of the botanical design before rolling and finishing every shade by hand.
